March is Women’s History Month, which gives us the perfect opportunity to pause and recognize the women who help make Parker Technology what it is today.
Across our company, from call center leadership and client success to marketing, operations, accounting and technical services, women play a major role in shaping how we grow, support our customers and build our culture.
And while every role looks a little different, the impact is the same: strong leadership, thoughtful collaboration and dedication.
This month, we’re celebrating some of the incredible women helping move Parker Technology forward.
Leadership That Starts with Action
At Parker Technology, leadership doesn’t always come with a big announcement or a flashy title. More often, it shows up in the day-to-day moments: jumping into a busy call queue, helping a teammate solve a tricky problem or stepping up when something needs to get done.
Our Chief Operating Officer, Tammy Baker, has played a major role in building and managing both our Indianapolis and Las Vegas call centers. She’s also been deeply involved in shaping our platform and operational strategy as the company has grown.
And then there’s Amber Boltjes, who started her journey as a Customer Service Representative and now leads our Quality Assurance program. Her work helps ensure our teams continue delivering the high level of service our clients rely on every day.
Stories like these are a great reminder that leadership often grows from experience, initiative and the willingness to roll up your sleeves when it matters most.
Helping Parker Technology Grow
Behind many of Parker Technology’s biggest milestones are women helping drive the work forward.
As VP of Marketing, Heidi Barber has helped shape our brand and presence in the parking industry. What began as a one-person marketing effort has grown into a full team supporting the company’s rapid expansion.
In client experience, Claudia Lopez helped establish our Client Success team, strengthening how we support operators through onboarding, portfolio reviews and long-term partnerships.
On the technical side, Lisa Jones leads our Technical Services team, ensuring successful implementations, strong network connectivity and reliable system updates for our clients.
And in accounting, Crystal Roth has played an important role in strengthening Parker Technology’s financial operations. From helping implement new software and systems to developing clearer processes and an accounting plan that supports the company’s continued growth, her work helps keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
While much of this work happens outside the spotlight, its impact is felt across the entire organization.
Building Strong Teams
Great companies are built on strong teams, and that doesn’t happen by accident.
In our Indianapolis call center, Lynda Black plays an important role in guiding daily operations and supporting the development of our CSRs. Through mentorship and leadership, she helps create an environment where team members can grow and succeed.
Meanwhile, in Las Vegas, Mona Rodriguez has been instrumental in building our team there. From hiring and training to managing day-to-day operations, she’s helped establish a strong foundation as Parker Technology continues expanding its service capabilities.
Together, leaders like Lynda and Mona help create the culture that allows our teams to do their best work.
