Our API-only integration with Designa connects their PARCS data directly into the Parker Technology workflow platform, giving platform users the information and controls they need to resolve issues quickly and accurately, without leaving the screen.

This integration delivers instant access to ticket details, permit information, LPR scans and gate actions, helping operators improve service levels, reduce delays, and maintain revenue integrity.

Setup & Installation

To enable the Designa API in your facility:

Obtain credentials from Designa (server URL, username, and password).
Add the credentials to the facility in Parker Technology’s System Integrations section.
Configure the device by selecting the Facility and Device in the PARCS Provider Settings modal.
