• Google Ads.  We use Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) to advertise our services across the internet. Google may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ad Settings. 
• We may also use Google’s remarketing features to display advertisements to you after you have visited our website. Google uses cookies to serve these ads across other websites on the internet. You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.  You can opt out of third-party vendor cookie usage at the NAI opt-out page.
• We participate in interest-based advertising through Google’s advertising network. • Salesforce Page Action. Our website uses Salesforce Page Action, a tracking feature provided by Salesforce, Inc. • Our website is integrated with Salesforce, our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform. If you have previously provided us with your contact information, Salesforce Page Action technology may allow us to associate your subsequent website visits with your contact record. • We use Salesforce, Inc. as a third-party service provider to process certain data collected through our website, including website activity data. • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to Personal Information associated with that specific account. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Please be aware that under certain circumstances, the CCPA/CPRA may limit your exercise of these rights.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
