We are thrilled to welcome the newest member of the Parker Team – Mona Rodriguez! Starting last month, Mona is the Call Center Manager for our Las Vegas Call Center.
Professional Background
Mona has an extensive background in leadership and management, as well as customer service. Mona spent most of her career in customer service, collections, dealer service and financial service. She received her Bachelor’s in Business Management and has since used that to succeed in her previous job roles. Mona started her career at Ford Motor Credit Company in the California financial service branch, where she then relocated to their call center in Henderson, NV.
Mona also holds a Green Belt certification in 6-Sigma with experience in Process Improvement, Leadership and Customer Service. Mona strives to do the best job she can, whether that’s providing the best customer experience, improving old processes or building a superior call center team.
Mona is currently working to open Parker’s second call center in Las Vegas. She trained with the Indianapolis call center for a week to gain a better understanding of the process and is now taking that knowledge to build a great team and extension of Parker Technology on the West Coast.

Mona married her high school sweetheart, Greg, and they have two children. They are excited to see their son get married next October, and add a new family member. Mona enjoys DIY projects and painting. Sometimes her projects get too complicated, and she has to ask her husband for help. He loves to remind her of all the projects he’s been wrapped up in. Together they share a love for their family, friends and church.
