How AI is Enhancing Our Business

We’ve integrated AI into various aspects of our operations, from helping our marketing team identify gaps and develop new content to advancing our quality assurance (QA) processes. The results? Higher efficiency in our training, improved staff performance and more time for strategic initiatives.

Quality Assurance Team: Enhancing Call Review with AI

In quality assurance, we’ve integrated Authenticx, a powerful AI tool that grades calls against our QA criteria. Our quality assurance team, utilizing Authenticx, review calls chosen randomly via the platform, and generates reports on key metrics and flags any areas that need a deeper dive from our QA supervisors.  

The platform can show valuable data such as:  

  • Average agent quality score for the week  
  • The average duration of calls  
  • Which CSRs took those calls  
  • How many calls were taken for specific garages  

Paired with our quality assurance team’s call reviews, this AI platform has drastically increased the volume of calls we can review—from a few hundred to over 1,000 every week—allowing us to maintain high standards of service and catch issues more proactively.   

In our industry, quality is absolutely everything. One bad customer experience or review can damage a facility’s reputation and lead to lost revenue. So being able to make sure customer calls are being handled as efficiently as possible is crucial. And the Authenticx QA platform allows for that.

Boosting Content Creation & Sales Enablement

One of the tools our marketing team uses is BetterContext.ai, which has been a game-changer for our marketing efforts. This AI platform helps us repurpose content quickly and efficiently.   

For example, we can upload a webinar transcript, and the software will generate multiple formats like blog posts, email campaigns or even social media series—all in our unique voice. This ability to scale content creation has made our team more agile and efficient, without compromising quality.   

With a small but busy team, this tool has lightened workloads and freed up time to focus on new initiatives, like our FUSION25 conference.  

We also use BetterContext.ai for sales enablement and personal branding. Every member of our sales and marketing teams has access to the platform, where they can create personalized social media posts.  

By simply audio recording their thoughts, AI generates tailored posts ready to be shared on personal or company accounts. Our marketing team can create pre-approved posts that team members can easily share, ensuring consistency in our messaging while giving each post a personal touch.

AI Isn’t Perfect

While AI has been an asset to our daily operations, it’s important to remember that it’s not perfect or a replacement. AI assisting our teams has only helped us meet and achieve our high standards at a faster rate.
