With over 40 years of professional experience in law enforcement, parking and transportation services, Cindy brings comprehensive industry knowledge and professional experience to the IPMI training program. Cindy is also a Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for IPMI.

Currently, he serves as the CEO & Publisher of Parking Today Media, a business coach for entrepreneurs in the Austin area, and a mentor and advisor to leaders of over 100 companies throughout his career.
