Podcast EP 24 Rewind: Proving Pivot’s Purpose & the Pursuit of New Perspectives

“Harder Than It Looks: Parking Uncovered” is our podcast that we use to facilitate connections and illuminate solutions to common problems within the parking and mobility industry.

We aim to do so by highlighting the voices of experts in the space, discussing trends and forward-looking technological innovations, and providing professional food for thought. All in an effort to help one another get better at what we know is harder than it looks…parking a car.

Today, we’re rewinding and recapping Episode 24: Proving Pivot’s Purpose with Brandon Lauterbach and the Pursuit of New Perspectives with Wade Hiner.

In segment one, Brandon Lauterbach, CPP, Co-founder and EVP of Pivot Parking, talks about his extensive experience, career journey, and the growth of Pivot Parking. Brandon shares insights into the importance of technology, employee satisfaction, diversification, and how Pivot Parking stands apart in the industry.

In segment two, Brian switches gears to talk with Wade Hiner, President of Destiny Homes, who shares powerful stories about the unexpected life lessons learned, from answering cold calls, platforms, perspective shifting, and a roadside encounter. Wade discusses how these experiences shifted his perspective on life, emphasizing empathy, engagement, and finding true fulfillment by helping others.
